REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPISTS
Eligibility for this program is restricted to member Therapists in good standing, having successfully completed the required training and certified by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario while practicing in Ontario.
Coverage becomes effective either on the renewal date or the date the completed application and payment are received in the offices of Impact Insurance.
COVERAGE SUMMARY
This plan provides for professional liability insurance for registered massage therapists. As the individual certificate holder, you are covered whether working from home, at your client’s residence or place of business or in a clinic.
$2,000,000 Professional Liability Insurance $2,000,000 (per occurrence form)
Covers potential liabilities in respect of the treatment provided to clients. Occurrence basis means the policy in effect at the time of the alleged injury is the policy that will respond to the claim.
$2,000,000 Commercial General Liability (per occurrence basis)
Provides coverage for bodily injury (exclusive of services performed) or property damage liability, personal and advertising injury and the costs to defend.
The limits are per occurrence and annual aggregate, subject to a $500.00 deductible.

Exclusions: alleged or actual abuse or molestation (including criminal defense charges); terrorism; asbestos; data; mold/fungi
